Important coverage information
Eligibility: To be eligible, you must own the residential single structure or a unit within a structure. Multi-family homes can have no more than 4 housing units. You are not eligible if your home is a recreational vehicle or otherwise intended to be moved; your property is used for commercial purposes; you know of any current problems with your systems before enrollment; your systems are shared with a 3rd party or covered by a homeowners' association or the like; or were not installed according to manufacturer specifications; your heat pump/cooling system uses refrigerant which does not meet federal, state or any other applicable regulatory or code requirements; has non-compliant components; exceeds 5 tons capacity; is installed on a roof, is an ammonia cooling, geothermal heat pump, ductless, window, through the wall or hanging unit; or your heating system has a furnace or boiler rated at inputs of 450,000 Btu/hr. or more; is installed on a roof, is a through-the-wall, hanging, geothermal heat pump, combination ambient heat/domestic hot water heating, electric or oil unit.
Benefit Details: You will receive one combined annual maintenance visit for a fully functioning central forced-air furnace, circulating hot water or steam boiler heating system fueled by natural gas or propane, and a central forced-air heat pump/cooling system fueled by electricity.
Making a Service Call: Annual maintenance visits must be arranged and performed between March 1 and June 30. If you request your annual maintenance visit to be scheduled outside of the maintenance window, you will be charged $99. If you enroll after June 30th and before March 1st, You will not be charged for scheduling an annual maintenance visit outside of the maintenance window for your first term only. Cancellation: Cancel any time by calling HomeServe . If you cancel within 30 days of your start date, you will get a full refund (less any annual maintenance visits provided). Cancellations after the first 30 days will result in a pro-rata refund (less any annual maintenance visits provided).
Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
Repair Access: A 15% discount on any non-covered repair work performed on your eligible system(s). You must agree with the technician on the work to be performed and pay that technician directly. Disputes resolved by arbitration, without class action or jury trial, unless otherwise stated in your full Terms and Conditions.

Membership lasts 12 months from your start date, and will automatically renew annually for consecutive 12-month periods unless you cancel or fail to pay the Membership Fee.
