Help get protection from the high cost of covered repairs with a home service repair plan from HomeServe, which includes up to an unlimited annual benefit with multiple service calls for covered repairs to your gas lines and a $7,000 annual benefit with multiple service calls for covered repairs to your water service line. In addition to the restoration provided in your Exterior Water Service Line Coverage, we will arrange and pay for the restoration of your pavement, yard, or landscaping disturbed or excavated as part of a covered repair. Eligible homeowners can receive up to $1,000 per covered water service line repair for additional restoration.

  • Meter moves or replacements except when required by local code; appliances, fixtures, systems not supplied by a utility or propane provider, and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances. Additional exclusions apply. Restoration does not cover replacement of any artificial grass or plants, restoration to water structures, pastures, wooded areas, or restoration of interior surfaces to their original state.
  • Frozen lines, branch lines, any tanks or appliances, replacement of any artificial grass or plants, restoration to water structures, pastures or wooded areas, and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances. Pressure regulating devices are also included in this coverage. Restoration to your pavement, yard or landscaping and interior surfaces of your home disturbed as part of a covered repair is included, up to the benefit limit.

What restoration is included?
We will also reimburse You for up to $1,000 for each Covered Repair for restoration of Your pavement, yard, or landscaping ("Additional Exterior Restoration") disturbed by the Covered Repair. This includes sod, mulch, shrubs no more than 5 gallons, trees no taller than 6 feet, and resetting of landscaping bricks and stones for sidewalks, driveways, walls, and patios.

What is Exterior Water Service Line Restoration Reimbursement?
This plan provides reimbursement for up to $1,000 for each covered repair for restoration of your pavement, yard, or landscaping disturbed by the covered repair. Restoration includes filling, raking, and reseeding of grass, reinstallation of existing soft landscaping and shrubbery, and patching of paved surfaces.
