Why Choose this Plan
Repairing the condenser motor fan and circuit board in your A/C unit can cost an average of $1,024‡.
How a cooling system failure can affect your home:
- A bad condenser can cause the fan to blow but not cool
- Circuit board failure can cause the breaker to keep tripping
As a homeowner, you are responsible for the cooling system on your property and you will have to arrange and pay for any necessary repairs. This illustration shows a typical cooling system found on your property. ‡National average repair costs as of January 2023. No charge for covered repairs up to your service call benefit amount.
